For early risers, coffee and tea is available from 7:30am in the lounge

Breakfast is served in the dining room between 9 and 10:30am daily

Light lunch is available between 12:30 and 2:00pm

Our visionary chef prepares a set four course dinner using fresh organic produce either from our own market garden or grown locally. His unique combination of Mexican ingredients with a Mediterranean sensibility have made La Villa del Valle renowed for its culinary offerings. Reservations are required. Dinner served nightly at 7:30pm. La Villa del Valle has an extensive wine list featuring small boutique wineries in the Guadalupe Valley. We are happy to recommend many fine restaurants in the area. Experience shows that our guests prefer to dine with us on their first night at least.
